Shipping
Made-to-Order Production
Every Lumina lamp is made to order.
Standard: 5–7 business days to produce.
Peak/material constraints: up to 10–15 business days.
We always try to finish as fast as possible without compromising quality.
Material Shortages
We’re a small studio. If we run out of filament or other base materials, we’ll email you to either wait (outside the normal timeline) or take a full refund—your choice.
Where We Ship
Contiguous U.S. only.
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii and no international shipping at this time.
Methods, Cost & Transit
Free ground shipping (contiguous U.S.).
Faster paid options are available at checkout.
Carrier delivery times are estimates and outside our control.
Order Delays (Ship-By Rule)
If we can’t ship within the stated window, we’ll email a new date; you can accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
Tracking, Address Issues & Damage/Loss
Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Please confirm your address at checkout; incorrect addresses can cause delays or loss.
If damaged or missing, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan (or expected delivery for loss) with photos of the box, packing, and product so we can resolve it.
We may split-ship to speed delivery (no extra cost).
Returns & Exchanges
Window & Eligibility
30 days from delivery.
Item must be new/unused, with all tags, stickers, labels, and parts, in the original box and protective packaging.
Who Pays Return Shipping
Defective / Damaged / Incorrect item: Free return label (we cover it).
Change-of-mind / didn’t like it: We’ll provide a label and deduct the label cost from your refund (actual carrier cost).
How to Start
Email or message us with your order number, one photo of the item (more if damaged/defective), and whether you want a refund or exchange. We’ll reply with approval and a prepaid label (when eligible).
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Original shipping paid for expedited methods isn’t refundable.
Returns received used, damaged, or missing items may be reduced or declined.
Exchanges for a different color/variant are welcome when stock allows.
What’s Not a Defect
Each lamp is handmade & 3D-printed; small surface/texture or color variations are normal and not defects. We inspect every piece before shipping. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return the lamp within 30 days in new condition and original packaging—we’ll refund you minus the return label cost (defects/damage are free returns).
Misuse, Alterations & Non-Recommended Bulbs
Items damaged by misuse, manipulation of the electrical cable, alterations, or use with non-recommended bulbs (e.g., over-wattage, incandescent/halogen) are not eligible as defects or returns. See Terms of Service and Warranty & Defect Policy.
DOA Bulbs & Warranty
Dead-On-Arrival bulbs: report within 7 days with a short video/photo.

Quick-Read Safety & Care (for reference)
120 V ~ 60 Hz, Max 15 W LED
T32 LED recommended; warm 2200–2700 K
UL/ETL-listed LED bulbs only (E26 base)
Indoor use only; not for damp/wet areas
No incandescent or halogen bulbs
Unplug before bulb changes/cleaning
Do not use if cord, plug, or socket is damaged
Keep away from children & pets
PLA may soften above 130 °F (55 °C)
Keep away from hot surfaces and prolonged direct sun
Do not leave the lamp on > 4 hours continuously; let it cool before handling
Disclaimer (summary): The lamp is handmade using certified electrical components and is designed only for UL/ETL-listed LED bulbs (E26, max 15 W). Use of non-certified, incandescent, or halogen bulbs may cause overheating, fire, or damage. Indoor residential use only. The manufacturer is not liable for injury, damage, or loss from misuse, modification/alterations, or use outside these guidelines.
